THIS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO EVALUATIONS

It is very important that you select the tier you can commit to. Teams are built around an athletes age, level, and position. After teams are formed, losing an athlete can change the ability of the entire team, which is why your commitment to Royal Dynasty Athletics and the tier you select is incredibly important.

*If choosing the Elite tier, RDA reserves the right to place an athlete on Novice or Prep tiers for the best placement of the athlete and building of the teams.
